All animals sold were produced by Bluestone Exotics, LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

Payment for animals constitutes express acceptance of all terms herein contained. This agreement is deemed to be the final, complete, and exclusive expression of the agreement of the parties. Any modifications or variances to the terms of this agreement must be in writing and signed or otherwise adopted by Bluestone Exotics, LLC.

 

By making any purchase buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.

 

Bluestone Exotics, LLC makes no warranties as to the temperament of any animal it sells. As such, by tender of the purchase price, the buyer is deemed to have assumed the risk of any danger posed from actions, including but not limited to: bites, illness, infections, allergies, scratches, or lacerations caused by the animal. Bluestone Exotics, LLC will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for the maintenance and upkeep of the animal.

 

By making a purchase from Bluestone Exotics, LLC, you hereby warrant that upon receipt of the animal, you are in good faith going to take responsibility for the care and upkeep of the animal, including necessary veterinary needs.

 

Bluestone Exotics, LLC will ship anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own. The buyer is responsible to check the regulations in their receiving state, county and city prior to purchasing the animal(s).

Bluestone Exotics, LLC offers a live delivery guarantee on every animal. Our live delivery guarantee is voided if the buyer provides incorrect shipping information, is not present to receive the package, or does not pick up the animal from a shipping hub same-day if pre-arranged to be held there. The live arrival guarantee expires once the animal is in your possession. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify me with a short video taken within two hours of receiving the package and must be time stamped.

 

All animals are shipped between Monday and Wednesday for next day priority overnight arrival ONLY to your local FedEx Hub and ONLY if there are no major holidays, weather events, etc., which might endanger the animal. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 35°F or over 99°F are grounds to hold for the animal's safety until the weather is more favorable. Safety of the animal comes first. Any other shipping arrangements demanded by the buyer will void the live arrival guarantee.

 

Bluestone Exotics, LLC is not responsible for errors or delays on the shipping company or buyer's end.

All sales final and we have a zero-return policy unless agreed upon prior or after purchase. Bluestone Exotics, LLC does have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) once it arrives at the destination. We strongly urge any new animals (from us or otherwise) go through a minimum 30-day period of quarantine in a new environment. We reserve the right to refuse guarantees due to poor husbandry and/or insufficient evidence. We strongly recommend documenting your animal’s condition with photos and keeping weight, feeding, and shed records. If there is *any* health concern, please notify us immediately.

 

Live arrival guarantee only applies to the shipping period and is void once you take possession of the animal(s). This guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animal(s) are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will have the option to receive a similar animal (if available) for the cost of shipping or to receive a refund.

 

Once inspected and accepted, the well-being of the animal(s) is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Bluestone Exotics, LLC will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer, or for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the animal(s).

Bluestone Exotics, LLC does not collect data outside what is necessary to:

 

A) Deliver requested information to a (prospective) client; or,

B) Deliver a purchase to its destination.

 

Some information (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, etc.) might be collected indirectly by our hosting provider or website analytics tools. Bluestone Exotics, LLC makes no promises or warranties about this sort of data collection as it is outside of our control. As far as Bluestone Exotics, LLC is aware, this information is used in an aggregated and anonymized way and does not personally identify anyone.

 

Bluestone Exotics, LLC does not sell, lease, rent, or share any user data with third parties outside of our webhost (required to process orders and contact requests through our website) and our newsletter host (optional if you sign up for our newsletter).
