Hey, guess who was dumb and paired two totally different dads to the same girl with absolutely no way of knowing who did the deed? THIS GIRL.
So, this little guy is absolutely adorable, sweet as pie, and I have no idea whatsoever which dad won the race since all 19 babies between both clutches came out as wild types. Yay? Either way, he's super cute, super sweet, and has a great appetite. Great rich color and disposition. He's growing like a weed and I'm genuinely shocked no one at expos or off the waitlist wanted to take him home yet, because he's truly a little darling who's going to make someone very happy regardless of which hets might have won out.
From an unrelated pos het Swiss and toffee belly (she produces nice big clutches but so far only ever wild types, FYI) to either:
A) 100% het acid rain (toffee, axanthic, sable)
OR
B) 100% het Swiss chocolate and colorblast line albino, pos het axanthic.
Temperament: Absolutely darling, curious and sweet. Very gentle and active, likes to know what's going on and observe the action. One of those sweethearts who will choose to crawl into your hand on his own.
Hatchlings will not ship until they have taken 8 - 10 meals without problems and are at minimum 8 - 10g. No babies are released until they are regularly taking consecutive unscented frozen thawed pinkies.
Payment must be made in full before I ship/deliver. Payment plans can be worked out on a case-by-case basis. Just talk to me, let's work something out!

I ship to (most) of the continental U.S. Mon - Wed via FedEx overnight express to the nearest shipping hub. Please note FedEx requires photo ID to pick up your animal. I do not export at this time. I can also arrange for local pickup in the Tampa Bay area.
While they are legal there now, I do not ship plains hognoses to Colorado due to the amount of work required on my end to get the required documentation to ship there. Unless you are willing to pay for the vet and my time/travel expense to get it done for you, sorry, at this time it's just not worth it for me.
I do not ship plains hognoses to Iowa without proof of a scientific or educational permit. It is illegal to own them in that state as they are listed as endangered in Iowa.
I do not ship plains hognoses to Illinois without proof of a permit. You must have a (free) permit to own them in the state of Illinois. You can select a hobbyist permit here but please note that you may not breed plains hognose snakes in the state unless you are a zoo or educational program!
I also do not ship plains hognoses to Missouri or Oklahoma without proof of permit.
