Arctic True Hypo Pistachio 66% Het Leucistic
For Sale: Western Hognose / Plains Hognose Snake (Heterodon Nascicus)
Very nervous about someone playing with his feelings this Valentine's Day. This visually stunning boy has a nice, clean pattern with some interesting speckling on his face. His belly is not as pale as some of my higher expression true hypos from this season but you'll still find it's an intriguing difference from a normal wild type or arctic, and personally I can't wait to see how the darker parts of their patterns turn out as they grow up!
The older he gets, the greener, and he is developing the orange speckles of pistachio on his belly. Pictures really do not do this boy justice.
This is an opportunity to explore a rare gene that, in my opinion, has really been slept on in the hobby. As much as I want to hold on to every single one of them, I have too many male true hypos this season to justify keeping them all, which is the only reason I'm making him available. Check my social media to see more about him, as well as his lucy siblings and the unique super arctic produced by his parents!
From an unrelated het leucistic, true hypo & pistachio to an arctic conda het leucistic, true hypo & pistachio, possibly het albino. Visual true hypo and pistachio siblings in clutch.
Temperament: The drama llama is strong with this one. Voracious appetite, never misses a meal (though some hisses and bluff strikes might be on the menu).
Hatchlings will not ship until they have taken 8 - 10 meals without problems and are at minimum 8 - 10g. No babies are released until they are regularly taking consecutive unscented frozen thawed pinkies.
Payment must be made in full before I ship/deliver. Payment plans can be worked out on a case-by-case basis. Just talk to me, let's work something out!
